Clicking a balloon in Windows 7

If someone could possibly make a suggestion as to make this work please. When wanting to click a balloon that's popped up on the desktop in Windows 7, the procedure to do this fails every time for me. It's not a case of waiting too long before excecuting the command to click the balloon, as I do it immediately after the speech notification. Pressing insert+numeric plus twice in rapid succession should route the mouse to the balloon, but W-E 7.5.1 informs me that it's unable to route pointer to tooltip. My screen resolution is set pretty high, so I doubt whether W-E is unable to pick up the desired balloon. Thanks for any suggestions in this regard. -- Regards Jacques
