Here is what happened After I upgraded to 7.5.1, I do not hear desktop
spoken when I use the tab key for the first time. After tabbing to the
various options a second time, the desktop is spoken. I'm using Windows 7
Home Premium 64 bit with all updates.

i am haveing a problem with the desktop icons not speaking on windows 7
premium 64 bit when w e first loads.
i do not use the w e kill script.
it can not work when w e has crashed.
it happens after useing the windows task kill when w e stops talking and
reload it. i have to tab to the desktop, back out and back on the desk top
again before speech returns to the icons. then everything works normally
again. has the task kill commands changed for windows 7 from vista?
this is what is in my batch file.
taskkill /F /IM wineyes.exe
