help needed

Hi list, when 7.5 came available, and the 751, although i got them, i 
didn't install them at that time, because of illness in the family. 
consequently, i didn't read the messages which appeared on this list. 
i have now installed these upgrades. i noticed that one of the 
messages, advised someone to use control backslash to bring up 
wineyes. in previous versions, in wineyes one used alt f to reach the 
file menu, and alt plus right arrows to reach other parts of wineyes. 
i was surprised that someone advised control back slash, because if i 
alt tab to wineyes, i find that it is already open. offering all 
sorts of choices. does this mean that when i installed it, i did 
something wrong. if anyone has an opinion, please advise.
