if you go into the intel display properties you can turn off the shortcut keys 
control alt arrow keys. then the screen will not rotate when you use the same w 
e keys to change the voices. then you will not need the app you are useing at 
all.

Hi,

Believe it or not, there is an app which will make the use of the 
control-alt-arrow keys no longer necessary.  It is called "Toggle 
Punctuation" and does that and more.  I am lost without it.  Here are 
the keystrokes I use quite frequently, and have no issue with worrying 
about which direction my screen might face:

alt-grave accent increases volume
alt-shift-grave accent decreases volume
control-grave accent changes speed
control-shift-grave accent reduces speed

Of course, this does not give availability to changing pitch or tone, 
but they can be changed readily enough under the WE control panel screen 
settings.  I hope this is helpful.
