You can find the Word Advanced ap., when Word is open. Open word, then go to the ap list in Window Eyes and remove it. it doesn't show up, unless Word is open. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kim Lingo" <[email protected]>

I was not able to find it either.

Hi Kim. Chip Orange gave me a solution to resolve the issue, but I could
not find the word advanced features.ini file in the list of files within the
explore profile folder, so I am waiting for an update to the app.

In the meantime, try these steps. Open the Window-eyes control panel as you
normally would. Press the alt key to open the menu bar. Up or down arrow
to the explore profile folder. Press enter. In the list of files try to
find the word advanced features.ini file and delete it. Make sure that word
is closed. Once you launch word again, things should work as expected.

Remember that in my case, I could not find the word advanced features.ini
file to delete it. Chip said in a post on Tuesday that he would fix the app
in a couple of days. Well, that date is here and no fix yet.

Subject: problem with the Word Advanced ap

I am Using Window-Eyes version 7.5.1, and MicroSoft Word 2003. I updated
the "word advanced" ap, and when I run Word now, I get the message "Word
Advanced wants Attention". When I tab over to that I get the message Word
advanced features .ini file entry damaged for key 03default okay button"

Does any one have any idea how I fix this?
