Sorry about the problem Kim (and others). It seems to have been that some updated in the past left one of the hotkey entries undefined.
Since you posted this, I have released another update which now automatically fixes any such problem, and does not display an error message any longer. thanks to everyone who reported this to me to let me know; and I hope this solves all known issues.
