I just installed my new update. TB keeps saying custom control and will
not read anything in read or written messages. I can route the mouse to
my position to see what is there or I can use control-numpad 5 to read
my current line, but everything produces custom control. Please help.
I am using windows7 homepremium 64-bit and the new WE 7.5.2.

Now, I can arrow through this message, but every key press still says
custom control.
