Thank you for writing. Fortunately, I am not having the problem that you are having. I am trying to use it on a laptop, a Netbook, and a desktop to see if one works better than another and they are all working equally well or poor depending upon one's perspective. Fortunately, none seem to be exhibiting the lack of speech that you are mentioning. The problem is mostly one of navigation. One can TAB through and most controls don't speak. If one mouses down the screen and then back up, often different text is present, probably because of the hover factor Steve mentioned. This is just quite disappointing after Active Sync which was, for me, pretty easy to use.
