Hi Aaron, I am at home now so cannot show you the page on my internet settings.
I believe it is set up correctly, as without it I cannot access the internet at all. I can view the gwmicro site and others with IE. As I said in my note, the "Checking Scrip Central" functionality works OK. It is just the Apget ap that I have found does not ask for the proxy credentials to be entered, as the other one does.
