Hi Aaron,
I am at home now so cannot show you the page on my internet settings.
I believe it is set up correctly, as without it I cannot access the
internet at all. I can view the gwmicro site and others with IE.
As I said in my note, the "Checking Scrip Central" functionality works OK.
It is just the Apget ap that I have found does not ask for the proxy
credentials to be entered, as the other one does.

John,
App Get (and any other app that uses the WinHTTP COM interface)
retrieves any necessary proxy settings from Internet Explorer (it's
under Tools -> Options -> Lan Settings -> Proxy server). Is that
information setup correctly?

Hello GW,
WE have just changed our infrastructure at work which has entailed
the
mandatory use of a proxy server when accessing resources on the internet.
If I look at what scripts are available using the script manager
dialogue
using<control><start>I then I am asked to enter the proxy server
credentials and all is well.
If I try to use Apget then I am not solicited for the proxy
credentials
and the access to the server id denied.
Could this be rectified please?
Thanks.
Regards, John.
