Kevin, Are you saying that this happened during the install, or after? I had this happen when I tried to install from the CD. I did like you, and updated the video driver, and, still no joy. Because I was installing over a previous version, I downloaded the software from the web site, and was able to install without difficulty, but you don't have that option because this is the first time that you have installed. I would imagine that a call to techs support is in order.
