Last night, WE began acting stubborn in IE eight, so I closed down the
browser. WE said program manager instead of desktop. I restarted the
computer, and upon restart, WE generated an error dialog with the option of
sending an error report. Don't know what you were doing prior to the
discovery.

I was getting the same thing here, using xp and WE 7.5.4.  I thought it was 
a problem with my computer.  I find that if I unload window eyes and reload,

it stops the
