Hi, the fact is this is not a window-eyes problem. The title of program manager is some times displayed buy the desktop window. So when this happens it reports the title as being program manager. This happens with other screen readers as well. For example load NVDA. Now go to the desktop. Now press the window title command insert t. to read the title bar. You will be told that this is the program manager window. Hth
