I took the survey using WE 7.5.4.1 and the latest version of Firefox, 
whatever that is, and I didn't have any of the issues that are being 
described here on the list.  Like all online forms there where times I had 
to turn browse mode on and off, but other than that there wern't any 
problems at all reading the survey.  I simply kept browse mode on and 
arrowed down through the survey, tapping the space bar on check boxes, and 
when I would come to a combo box I'd turn browse mode off, arrow down to my 
selection and move on turning browse mode back on.  Like I said, no 
different than any other online web form.
