Bob, Thanks for the Dell Inspiron update. I thought GW had released enough scripting support to make WLM quite usable (that was my understanding, I don't use it; I just wanted you to know there were apps available to help it function better). In any case, if you still don't like it even with the apps, I could try my standard outlook pitch on you? I really like outlook, not so much for it's email (which is good, but there are plenty of good email clients), but because it does so much more: calendaring, meetings, journals, tasks with reminders (and the ability to assign tasks to others with outlook), contact management, it really does a great deal. And because it's so popular, you can buy a whole raft of add-ons (or get many free). hth, Chip
