While you're in Word 2010, Check the App Manager to see if the Word
Navigation Script is running. I just went into Word 2010and tried those
keystrokes. I got the expected messages.

To read tables in Word, try installing Chip Orange's Word Advanced
Features app. He has done a great job with making tables read with
Window-Eyes.

Subject: word navigation mode

    Good morning,

I was reading the manual of 7.5.4.1 and it says that to enter into and out
of Word navigation mode that the hot key is insert Z.

When I use this key combo nothing at all happens in Word 2010. I even used
the key describer and there is no definition for that key combo.

What I want to do is read the tables of documents and hear the column titles
as I read across with the insert and the arrow keys. I thought that might
be in this navigation mode but it appears not to be working for me.

Any one have any suggestions?

Thank you Shannon
