Hi Shannon, If you don't see them running, then you need to reinstall them. This is absolutely true if you know you reinstalled the Office set files, because, even though the "ad or delete" dialog of WE shows them as installed, they get run by the set files. If your set files have been reinstalled, then they aren't running these apps, and only reinstalling the apps will update your set files to cause these apps to be run. hth, Chip

I did what you suggested and when in word neither of the word apps are listed as running. They are not there at all. I checked and both of them are installed. How do I get them to run if they don't appear in the list? I just went into Word 2010and tried those keystrokes. I got the expected messages. To read tables in Word, try installing Chip Orange's Word Advanced Features app. He has done a great job with making tables read with Window-Eyes. From: shannon [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Thursday, May 31, 2012 12:46 PM To: [email protected] Subject: word navigation mode Good morning, I was reading the manual of 7.5.4.1 and it says that to enter into and out of Word navigation mode that the hot key is insert Z. When I use this key combo nothing at all happens in Word 2010. I even used the key describer and there is no definition for that key combo. What I want to do is read the tables of documents and hear the column titles as I read across with the insert and the arrow keys. I thought that might be in this navigation mode but it appears not to be working for me. Any one have any suggestions?
