I have had this happen a lot over several versions of WindowEyes. When
I start WindowEyes it often has set keyboard voice to none. I go into
the windowEyes control pannel and turn it back on. When you go in
there you will see it set to none when this happens. It just randomly
happens on WindowEyes start up. It will not happen while in a session
or anything like that.
