Peter, I think that as long as the email message has an appropriate
subject and the message is clear, then if someone has an answer they
will answer. Many times if an email goes unanswered the main reason is
because no one has an answer, or any useful information. There is no
conspiracy going on.

Dearl everybody!
Why are some questions by certain users on the list answered while
others just as valid not answered? I've noticed a trend on this list
in the past eight years being on the list that the GW-Staff and fellow
users ignore whether on or off list by users like me or others on
legitament topics are utterly ignored but others aren't at all. Some
of the answers to some e-mails some years ago like 2005-2009 used to
be answered more thoroughly by the staff and other users but now most
answers are ignored even when I get e-mails from others about this
similar issues wondering why this occurs. So, I'm wondering is it just
that many of the times fellow users don't know the answers or are
those particular users ignored probably like myself? Understandable in
my case but definitely not in many other fellow posters like the guy
on the Kindle software, Microsoft Access database not that long ago,
music disc jocking software, and a whole plteful of others. Just
seeing others views as to why this happens and how others can post to
get better results on the list.
Thanks,
Peter and the others surely
