using word 2010 still having with word advanced ap. when I go to
windoweyes control pannel then to alta for aps then to word advanced
features ap then press on preferences dialogue I get menu closed and
you are back to the windoweyes control pannel and you hear screen
closed or keyboard closed you don't the options for the preferences.
