Unfortunately, I get this alot. It's always when I first boot up or
when I shut down the control panel in Windows. What's even weirder
about this is that I had a new system built for me and once we
installed Window-Eyes 7.5.4.1 on it, this started happening onit. If
Window-Eyes doesn't start up automatically, then I don't get the
error on boot up, but do get that error in the control panel shutting down.
I don't mean to blame Window-Eyes, but can't find the
solution to the problem either. I even reinstalled Windows, itself
and stillg et that.
Take care,
Brenda

Hi Mike and all
I've had this too, and sometimes the machine comes up with the W-E
control panel only. If I can persuade my desktop to show up by
closing and reopening W-E, I usually find I have no Internet
connection. So are both these forms of defective start up connected
in any way, and what might the cause be?

Hello Everyone
I am wondering if anyone knows what the "services and Controller
app" is and what it does. I am getting error messages saying this
app needs to close. It is accompanied, in another window, by the
message"shut down is authorized by NT authority system".
If I don't close down the machine it eventually closes down by itself.
With thanks
Mike.
