I've just had an embarrassing experience sending out a poorly formatted email and wonder how others deal with fonts and Outlook 2003. This may well have happened other times and recipients were too kind to let me know messages looked bad.
So, at the risk of having this question lost in the flurry of activity around the new beta release (congratulations to GW on that!), I wanted to know how others ensure all fonts in a message are the same size and color and have the same attributes, especially when replying to messages and making edits at different times. I hope there's a simple solution that still allows one to respond rapidly to messages. I had been editing in HTML, but just changed settings without exhaustive proofing. Under the Message format tab, Compose in this message format, I set the Plain Text option. Under email options, I set Compose in this message format to Plain Text. Are there other steps I could take to ensure message fonts in Outlook 2003 are consistent throughout a message? Thanks for any help.
