Hi all, I’m using WE 7.5 and lotus notes 7 on a windows 7 computer. I’m having some issues with WE reading the screen accurately and consistently.
Firstly, in the inbox, it does not read the information for the selected email consistently. Sometimes it reads the identifying information for other emails in the inbox or it won’t say anything. Secondly, it repeats lines in the body of emails when I type them or arrow down to read them. So this line would read twice like this This line would read twice like this. Also, it does not always read the contents in the to, CC, Bcc, or subject edit boxes. Are there any ways for me to improve the performance of WE with this program? I’ve tried things like maximizing the screen and looking for other settings that could be changed, but I’m at a loss. Thanks, Andre Andre Watson Psy.D.
