I am not sure if there are two versions of Lotus Notes 7, but if there is, it is very important that the Basic version is being run. Unfortunately, people do not always have a choice of which version to run as it is determined by one's employer. I used Lotus Notes 7 for a long time until fairly recently, so I think that Andre can expect Lotus Notes 7 to work better than it is working now, but the "Basic" version could be another part of the problem.
Andre, are you working with someone on your IT staff through your employer with this? Ask them if you are executing NLNOTES.EXE.
