Hi,
sorry but how to take a snapshot of a screen using window-eyes?

Hello Amir,
A rich edit is a standard control, so you can't reclass it. Typically
maximizing the window should work. Can you send us a screen shot of a
message window that isn't reading for you?

hi,
in normal (where i can read it) window-eyes says the control is,
"message history read only" but here it says "message history read only
rich edit".
i think if i can reclass to make it like the normal read only control
then i can
arrow around the mesage history. yes, the window is maximized.

Amir,
Reclassing is only possible when you are working with a custom
control; you cannot reclass standard windows. With that said, if you
are having problems reading the chat history in GWConnect, make sure
the window is maximized with Alt-Space, X.

Hi,
when using gw connect, in the chat window, i can't reclass the chat
history edit. i don't know why it is like that, but for now i
can't use
arrow keys to read messages in the chat history. so, thought to
reclass
the window, but it didn't work. any solution to fix this problem?
