Hi Kim.

Landmarks allow for grouping of similar elements and content.  I have not yet 
truly understood their usefulness, but I think I understand the underlying 
logic.  As good or as bad as the overall web page I guess.

I did see some research which suggested that Window-Eyes was not up to 
standard, as other screen readers have routinely identified landmarks for some 
time.  If this is correct, at the very least Window-Eyes has caught up again, 
and possibly moved web access up a gear or two.

There is discussion of landmarks in the Window-eyes v8 manual.
