Hi, hope someone can help.
When I turn on my computer (pc, using xp, IE8, WE 7.5.4.2), , 2 times out of 5 I get an error message about "services and controller app has done something or another", and do I want to send an error message to Microsoft. It doesn't matter what I do at this point, either do or don't. When I get rid of the message I cannot get any program to open, and I cannot do a CTRL+ALT+DEL either. I have to shut down manually and reboot and hope it does not pop up again. If it does, I have to reboot until it does not appear, about 2 or 3 times. Does anyone know what this is about?
