The subscribe/unsubscribe button is labeled. The skip ad button is not.
And I've never even used it myself; I was only told about it. But the
subscribe/unsubscribe button is definitely labeled.

Hmm. It works most of the time for me.
You can also toggle browse mode off with control-Shift-A.
Then the J, K, and L keys are the shuttle keys; J = rewind, K = pause, L
= fast forward.
And finally, there is an unlabeled button above the elapsed time to skip
the add. Of course I just tried to find it but didn't get any ads.
You should be able to set a place marker you can jump to which will make
the next tab land on that button. It's just never been a big enough deal
for me to get around to trying it.

Well after extensive experimentation I must report that hitting F5 to
refresh the page doesn't always skip the adds. As often as not it just
switches to a new add or replays the same one. So I'm still stuck
listening to them.

A quick way to skip ads on YouTube is to just hit F5 to refresh the page
because the ads aren't part of the actual page.

So far I’m finding it to be quite stable. So far my only complaint, and
admittedly it may not be so much a WE issue as an issue with Internet
Exploder 9, is that I’ve noticed that at least some of the mouse
navigation hotkeys don’t work on web pages. This is particularly
annoying when watching videos on YouTube, since they’re often preceded
by adds I have absolutely no interest in watching. In IE8 I could use
the Mouse Next Line hotkey to get down to the name of the add, then the
Mouse Next Word key to get over to the word Skip, then doing a left
click to skip the add. Unfortuately I cannot seem to do this with IE9.
Again I don’t know if this is an issue with WE itself or one with IE.
I’m using Windows Vista Home 32-bit.
