Hi Brian:
The mouse issue is a problem with IE 9 and 10.  so far it has not, and
may never be, fixed.  I think it is something to do with the fact that
IE 9 and 10 do not use the Offscreen Model to display text on the
screen and GW Micro has not been able to find a way around that.
