Hi Ralph: The problem with rolling back to IE 8 is that IE 8 is insecure according to some experts. The solution to your problem, if you can do it, is to switch to Mozilla Firefox. I realize that this may not be possible, but if it is, you might want to look into it. Kevin Huber
