That's only if your email list server is on the local isp. If you have the server in the cloud then this doesn't happen.
Let's not play games of what items are where . putting these servers in the cloud so as not to be on a local unreliable isp is what I am talking about. Wht if FB was on a local isp for example? I can, however, use my phone to connect to Facebook, and update people in real time about our current status. The email lists have been the GW way to release info for years. Why replace the lists with facebook? We're not replacing anything. We're supplementing. We also provide updates via Twitter.
