Okay.

First, close this message and then Press Control-R on this email message as
if you were going to write me a reply. That will insure that the proper set
file is loaded.
Open the WE control panel with control backslash.
Press Alt-E to put focus on the settings tree view.
Press the letter V to jump to the verbosity node on the tree.
Right arrow and down arrow to the node called common.
Right arrow and down arrow to the node called Activated.
Tab to the speak window types toggle button and toggle it to program with
spacebar.
Tab to the speak window types combo box and arrow up to never.
Tab to the speak window titles button and toggle it to program with
spacebar.
Tab to the speak window titles radio buttons and down arrow to the no radio
button.
Press Control-S to save the set file.

Give that a try and tell me if it worked.
