If you're on the $39 per month lease program, you have 34 payments total. >From what I understand, the serial number that starts with P is the non-leased copy of WE, that is, what you get when you're done with paying for the software. If I remember correctly, to get it working, you uninstall the lease copy and nstall it. If it were me I'd call up GW Micro and find out what's going on.
Hope you're not confused by my message. Oh yeah, the voices that can be purchased from GW Micro are also tied to your serial number, so if you've purchased any you'll need to get those updated as well.
