Chris: could it be as my speculation that GW thinks your Lease-to-own has run its course? The "l" may mean "lease" and "p" (which mine is) used to mean professional, but I think may now mean personal as the one serial number and cd installs on multiple machines and versions of Windows.
An interesting development, but probably one that will confirm with GW during the working week. Good luck. I just received a copy of Window-eyes 8.3.0 on cd which is cool, but the interesting thing is that the serial number on the cd jacket is different than the one I usually have. To explain this a little further, I have a Lease-To-Own copy of Window-eyes, and the serial number starts with l, but the one I received on the cd jacket starts with p, and is completely different than my usual one. I'll not give either one out here for quite obvious reasons, smiles. Also, I'm wondering if there's a way I can tell how many more monthly payments I have left to make? I just want to make sure this wasn't sent to me in error for some reason. The different serial number was what caught my attention so I thought I would write in. Thanks folks.
