Might I also suggest turning off your speech if you have some vision before 
starting a scan. As Malware scans, Window eyes may not be talking but, it's 
still being written to the hard drive.

  When the scan is complete there is a notice that the scan is complete and it 
will either tell you no malware at this time or malware and you press the okay 
button and tab down to display malware.  If you are using Window Eyes you need 
to go to the first occurance of malware and press applications key and arrow 
down to select all then clean.

  How does one know that the scan is complete if it's best to not use the 
mnouse during the scan?  I looked at their website and am considering the 
14-day-trial version, then purchasing after the 14 day trial period if I like 
it.
