You can access the malwarebytes results by tabbing to a point where nothing is spoken and routing the mouse pointer to that list. I just right click on any item in the list which gives me a context menu. I arrow down to select all and press enter. Now you can tab to the remove selected button.
Of course, this is all after pressing the show results button.
