Thanks all of you who have helped with this program. I still have questions. I
did the full scan. I even turned Window-Eyes off and checked things
occasionally. The full scan completed in 1 hour and 52 minutes. It found 9
items but indicated that removing them was optional. I managed to remove all of
them, but I couldn’t get them to be ignored. One control in the tab line
couldn’t be clasified to read. I think only one of the 9 could be displayed at
one time. Right-clicking the item did not help. I’m still wondering how to
select individual items for ction and reclassifying the bad control As I
remember, the control was one tab to the left of the Remove button. So far, I
am finding this program confusing. I will turn off my antivirus program next
time.

What are you using for Antivirus. You may have to turn it off while you
perform a full scan. I have to do that with Vipre.

The program stops responding before a full scan is complete. It has done so
twice in a row. Has anyone had this problem? I am using Windows 7 64-bit
Pro.The MalwareBytes build is 4/4/2013.
