In addition, there's a similar app from GW named appGet (and I prefer appGet).
AppGet is supported (I don't think Jamal is supporting Install Packages or any of his numerous other apps any longer), it divides the apps into categories, it shows you user comments as well as ratings (and allows you to add comments or ratings). The comments are a very under-utilized feature (for instance, they may tell you when some other app should be considered instead of the one you're looking at).
