Hi John, let me try to help. HOtkey to route the mouse to the link, left
click, then see if you have the pull down links. If not, you will have to
redraw the screen by invoking insert-backslash.

Perhaps I should explain further...
I need to hover over a link on a business site in order to see an internal
drop-down list. In this drop-down list is our punch in and punch out
options among other choices. Shift plus F10 will not work. I am also
hoping that once I get the list to drop down, I am able to navigate to
invoke my desired choice.
