This sounds like a good question for Aaron when he gets back from his
holiday vacation. Audible.com has links with submenus at the top of some
pages. When you land on these links, you receive an instruction to use your
screen reader's pass through key and then press Spacebar to activate.
However, these may not be the same types of elements that you have on the
web page in question. Might be worth a try though!

Perhaps I should explain further...
I need to hover over a link on a business site in order to see an internal
drop-down list. In this drop-down list is our punch in and punch out
options among other choices. Shift plus F10 will not work. I am also
hoping that once I get the list to drop down, I am able to navigate to
invoke my desired choice.
