Howdy folks,
It's unfortunate this happened during the holidays while GWMicro is not available, but maybe someone who can help me out will see this. I have a valid copy of Window-Eyes, but my GWConnect switched to running in sponsored mode today. I saw a previous post from Aaron saying that this can happen if GWConnect cannot verify the WE serial number over the Internet. I am not having Internet connection issues. Any idea what else could be causing this?
