Hi. I don't think it's possible to disable the sound but I could
certainly be wrong. I'm willing to re-install GW connect, but I'm going
to make sure the GW guys have fixed the problem with sponsored mode. I
certainly like to support them since I believe Window-eyes is a superior
screenreader, and they've always been helpful when it comes to tech
support and stuff. But oh, those adds! I understand having adds, and
that's how you get things done online, but given that they're not coming
back until early January, that's quite a long time to hear adds every
hour or half hour or whatever the time might be. I mean, I've already
got Window-eyes, and hearing adds for it seems like a bit of overkill to
me. it's good for those folks who don't have it but for those who do
it's a bit much.
