This is not on your end. You can't do anything about this. I tested this and this is a GWMicro issue unfortunately. I'm sure that they will see all of these e-mails when they get back from vacation. I tested this out with my Window eyes as well and GWConnect. It's not just you.

Howdy folks,
It's unfortunate this happened during the holidays while GWMicro is not available, but maybe someone who can help me out will see this. I have a valid copy of Window-Eyes, but my GWConnect switched to running in sponsored mode today. I saw a previous post from Aaron saying that this can happen if GWConnect cannot verify the WE serial number over the Internet. I am not having Internet connection issues.
