HI, Just got my new Windows 8.1 laptop loaded with Window Eyes 8.4 and my other software. I'm creating keyboard shortcuts to launch programs, but am having a conflict I did not have on my old PC. I like to use Control + Alt + Q to launch Quicken. When I push this conbo, it launches a Window Eyes Diagnostic Tool. Is this supposed to happen? Can I turn off this hotkey or change it so I can still use that combo for Quicken?
