Control-Alt-Q is the default hot key for the Window-Eyes diagnostic tool.
1. Open the Window-Eyes control panel.
2. Alt-A Apps.
3. App management.
4. App manager.
5. This will open a list view of your currently running apps.
Enter W until you select Window-Eyes diagnostics.
6. Alt-H Help.
7. Tab down to the hot key manager button and hit spacebar.
8. The first assignment in the list will be Run Window-Eyes diagnostics.
Tab twice and you should see Control-Alt-Q.
9. Tab twice to the Capture hot key button and hit spacebar.
10 Enter the new hot key you want.
11. Tab to the Exit button and hit spacebar.
12. Tab to the Close button and hit spacebar.
13. Again Tab to the close button and hit spacebar.
Then you should be all set.

Just got my new Windows 8.1 laptop loaded with Window Eyes 8.4 and my
other software. I'm creating keyboard shortcuts to launch programs, but
am having a conflict I did not have on my old PC. I like to use Control
+ Alt + Q to launch Quicken. When I push this conbo, it launches a
Window Eyes Diagnostic Tool. Is this supposed to happen? Can I turn
off this hotkey or change it so I can still use that combo for Quicken?
