Hi Robin,
You can change the hot key assigned to Window-Eyes Diagnostics. Press
Control-backslash to open the Window-Eyes control panel. Press Alt-A to
open the App menu, and arrow up to Window-Eyes Diagnostics. Press Enter
on this option, and then arrow down to Help and Options. Press Enter on
this option. Press tab until you hear Hot Key Manager, and then Press
Enter. In this dialog, you can reassign the hot keys assigned in this
app. Use the arrow keys to highlight the option called Run Window-Eyes
Diagnostics. The default hot key for this function is Control-Alt-Q.
Tab to the Undefine button, and press Enter. Tab over to the Exit
button, and press Enter. Finally, tab to the Close button, and press Enter.

Just got my new Windows 8.1 laptop loaded with Window Eyes 8.4 and my
other software. I'm creating keyboard shortcuts to launch programs,
but am having a conflict I did not have on my old PC. I like to use
Control + Alt + Q to launch Quicken. When I push this conbo, it
launches a Window Eyes Diagnostic Tool. Is this supposed to happen?
Can I turn off this hotkey or change it so I can still use that combo
for Quicken?
