Dear List:
At the following website
http://www.waukesha.k12.wi.us/
it is supposed to show that the schools are closed.  When I called the school, 
the secretary saidthat at the top of the page was a banner with a picture;  
when there is bad weather, the picture is replaced with a block of words 
describing that the schools are closed.  In this case, schools are closed today 
and tomorrow.  Is it because it is some kind of flash that window-eyes does not 
read it?             If the words are not moving, shouldn't window-eyes be able
