Hi Chris, Steve and everyone: I have not had verry much experience with Audible, but from the discription of the problem, it sounds like something that GW Micro, or any other screen reader manufacturer cannot do alone. They would need to work with the tech support people at Audible in order to make this change. If enough people write to Audible, they might do something. It may verry well be that they do not realize that the changes that they have made are causing a problem for screen reader users. Kevin Huber
