I just signed up for a CapitalOne QuickSilver credit card account. I was
able to log in using IE, but I can't go any further until I receive my card.
The new QuickSilver card pays a 1.5 percent cashback on all purchases and no
annual fee. The trick to using cash back credit cards is to pay off the
statement ballance every month.

The Capital One website is absolutely accessible with Window-eyes.
Some parts are a bit tricky to navigate. I do use the mouse
simulation keys a lot to get the site to function for me.
However, I check balances and activity on the site regularly.
