best when you clear your cache and cookies before going onto the

The Capital One website is absolutely accessible with Window-eyes.
Some parts are a bit tricky to navigate. I do use the mouse simulation keys
a lot to get the site to function for me.
However, I check balances and activity on the site regularly.
